Farm to Fork” Urban Celebration℠ Meal Kits

Celebrate the Season and enjoy deliciously curated meal kits inspired by fresh local produce.

Patti has partnered with local restaurants to create meal kits. A percentage of each sale helps provide meal kits, virtual cooking classes, and educational materials to those living with food insecurity.

The calendar for the kits is as follows. Simply place your order by Friday and your meal kit will be available for pick up the following Thursday. Should you order more than 6 meal kits, you’ll receive a Molina cooler bag and a tee shirt.


These meal kits are inspired by the produce of the week. Recipes will be curated by Patti Green and local restaurant chefs. Each meal kit will include:

  • a generous amount of produce

  • grocery items

  • recipes

  • information on the featured produce and ideas of how to use them in other recipes

Placing Your Order

AS OF SEPT.20, THE MEAL KITS ARE SOLD OUT!

Thank you for supporting the Farm to Fork Urban Celebration educational programming. We have partnered with area restaurants to help curate these delicious meal kits. Each comes with the main ingredients, however, you’ll need the basic pantry items, ie olive oil, salt, pepper. These first six restaurants highlight the fresh seasonal produce which is purchased from local farmers. In addition, we’ve tried to include local food artisan ingredients as well.

Place your order by Friday the week before and your box will be ready for pickup on Thursday at Braymiller Market downtown or Hamburg location.

All meal kits are $45. And are perfect for 4 persons. A percentage of the proceeds help fund our educational programming for those living with food insecurity. The programming includes; weekly meal kits, virtual cooking classes, and educational materials.
